About The Position

Sage Connections is hiring a full-time W-2 Special Education Teacher to provide school-based services for students in grades K–12 during the 2026–2027 school year. Multiple caseloads and classrooms are available, serving elementary, middle school, or high school students. The position is scheduled for approximately 37.5 hours per week, with a start date listed as ASAP and an end date of June 2027.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education.
• Valid state teaching credential with the appropriate Special Education endorsement.
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation.
• Strong classroom management and differentiation skills.
• Passion for inclusive education and supporting all learners.

• Experience in school-based settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specially designed instruction aligned with IEP goals.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance.
• Adapt curriculum and materials to meet diverse learning needs.
• Participate in and lead IEP meetings.
• Communicate regularly with families.
