About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Exceptional Education Teacher to support students in Eagleville, Tennessee, for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, 1.0 FTE role provides individualized instruction, develops and implements IEPs, and creates inclusive learning environments that help students succeed. The teacher will work with a collaborative district and a supportive, therapist-run team. Requirements

• Tennessee certification for Special Education Teaching with an Interventionist or Comprehensive Endorsement.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education.

Responsibilities
