About The Position

Cross Country Education is seeking passionate Special Education Teachers to support students across elementary, middle, and high school settings in Gilbert, AZ, for the 2026–2027 school year. This position is for a Middle School Self-Contained setting.
Requirements
- Valid Arizona Special Education Credential
- Bachelor’s degree Required
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Secondary and self-contained experience
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree Preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized instruction and learning plans to support students with diverse educational needs.
- Assess student progress through formal and informal evaluations, adjusting instruction to promote academic and developmental growth.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and support staff to monitor student achievement and coordinate services.
- Supervise and provide guidance to classroom support personnel to ensure an effective and inclusive learning environment.
