Responsibilities

• Provide developmental support and educational services to preschool students with learning delays or disabilities in a specialized classroom setting.
• Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Support student progress across key areas of development.
• Collaborate with team members to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
• Implement strategies and interventions consistent with students' individual needs, interests, and abilities.
• Adapt curriculum and develop lesson plans aligned with students' IEPs.
• Implement classroom management strategies that support student participation and learning.
• Conduct assessments and progress monitoring activities.
• Collaborate and consult with IEP team members.
• Support and guide Assistant Teachers and classroom Paraprofessionals.
• Develop and implement activities and strategies that promote student growth and development.
