Join Cross Country Education as an Early Intervention Special Education Teacher in Boyertown, PA, where you’ll support children during a critical stage of their development while making a meaningful difference every day. Provide specialized instruction and developmental support to young learners with disabilities, adapting activities and lessons to meet individual learning and developmental needs. Develop and implement individualized educational goals and instructional strategies based on each child’s strengths, needs, and progress. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instruction and interventions to support academic, behavioral, social, and developmental growth. Collaborate with families, related service providers, and educational team members to promote consistent support and positive outcomes for each child.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field
  • Valid Pennsylvania Special Education Certification (PK–12 or PK–8)
  • Previous experience working with young children in special education or early intervention required
