  • Valid Texas Special Education certification.

  • Knowledge of evidence-based reading and math interventions.
  • Strong organizational and data-tracking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the case manager for students receiving resource services.
  • Provide specialized instruction in small-group settings aligned to students' IEP goals.
  • Support students through push-in and pull-out services as appropriate.
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure accommodations and modifications are implemented effectively.
  • Participate in ARD meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs.
  • Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and support.
  • Use data to make instructional decisions and adjust interventions.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal special education requirements.
  • Participate in professional development and contribute positively to the school community.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
