About The Position
The Special Education Program Assistant with SEHN works at Walter R. Sundling in Palatine, Illinois. The position is scheduled for 185 days per year, 6.5 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Pay is $16.88 per hour, plus a $6.00-per-hour SEHN stipend. The stipend is added to regular pay for Program Assistants working in high-needs special education programs; more information will be shared by the building administration. Requirements
- Applicants must hold at least one of the following licenses through the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE): Paraprofessional License (PARA), Short Term Approval for Paraprofessionals (STA), Substitute License (SUB), or Professional Educator License (PEL).
