About The Position
The Special Education Program Assistant with SEHN works in a high-needs special education program at John G. Conyers Learning Academy in Rolling Meadows. The role is scheduled for 185 days per year, 7 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Pay is $16.88 per hour, plus a $6.00-per-hour SEHN stipend. The stipend is added to regular pay for Program Assistants working in high-needs special education programs; further details will be shared by building administration. Excellent benefits are offered. The position is available when filled.
Requirements
- Must hold at least one Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) license: Paraprofessional License (PARA), Short Term Approval for Paraprofessionals (STA), Substitute License (SUB), or Professional Educator License (PEL).
