About The Position
Provide daily instruction for students in accordance with Board approved curriculum. In-Class Resource, Resource, Language & Learning Disabilities (LLD).
Requirements
- Appropriate New Jersey Certification required: K6 Teacher of the Handicapped (TOH), Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TOSWD) with Ability to maintain a positive learning environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compliance with the NJ FIRST Act
- Successful Criminal History Clearance
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship or appropriate employment authorization
- Ability to be proficient in computer applications pertinent to support the position, including but not limited Google Suite, IEP software program and Genesis Employee Portal and Student Information System.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily instruction for students in accordance with Board approved curriculum.
- Instruction for students in In-Class Resource, Resource, Language & Learning Disabilities (LLD) settings.
