About The Position

Clint ISD is hiring a Special Education Case Worker in the Special Education department for the 2026–2027 school year. The position is classified as paraprofessional and is scheduled for 187 days, eight hours per day. The daily pay rate is $134.40–$164.88.

Applicants must submit a copy of a high school diploma or GED, a copy of their driver’s license, and a current resume with their application to be considered for an interview. Documents may be attached electronically or delivered to the CISD Central Administration Building in El Paso, Texas.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid Texas Driver's License.
• Knowledge and understanding of the A.R.D. process.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Computer skills and proficiency with Excel, Word, email, and online programs.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Submit a copy of a high school diploma or GED, a copy of a driver's license, and a current resume with the application.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with the special education process.
• A minimum of three years of clerical experience.
