MAG is seeking a resourceful Activities Task Lead to provide support in the planning and execution of operations. NOTE: Work location is McDill AFB, Tampa, FL not Orlando

Requirements

  • A minimum of five years’ (5) experience of military/DoD experience in producing orders, plans, annexes, and appendices in accordance with DoD Joint planning guidance.
  • Program or project management
  • Creative problem solver in a team environment
  • Development of briefings, and presentations
  • Experience supporting senior leadership
  • Possess a TS clearance with eligibility for SCI at time of proposal submission and maintain the level of clearance to access facility.
  • Eligible for a Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph (CSP).

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum of three years’ experience (within the last five years) as a staff member at a CCMD, TSOC, Joint Task Force (JTF), Service component, or JS supporting plans or operations fields.
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in program or project management and leadership of diverse and technical teams of creative problem solvers, comprised of five or more members
  • A minimum of three years’ experience responsible for the development of briefings,presentations, and papers for consumption by senior leadership (e.g., General Officer (GO) Flag Officer (FO)/Senior Executive Services (SES)/Secretariat Level) in the DoD and other governmental agencies and offices.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting and maintaining currency of policies, programs, and other regulatory documents
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance, direction, assist with conducting conferences, working groups, and organizational meetings.
  • Support mission requirements and advise senior leadership on issues to tailor J39-SAB planning efforts
