Requirements
- Must be flexible with schedule and be able to work AM and PM shifts, Monday through Sunday.
- Must present ServSafe and RAMP certifications upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in our restaurant.
- Assist managers and other workers with opening or closing of the restaurant.
- Answer phone calls and take reservations.
- Control heavy volume at restaurant entrance and attend to and anticipate guests needs.
- Serve as an overall ambassador of hotel and food and beverage outlets.
- Help with other duties as needed.
