About The Position

AV Group NB Inc. is recruiting for the position of Spare Pool Employee at its Atholville Mill. In this position, you will think outside the box and constantly look for continuous improvement opportunities. You will provide relief for various operating positions, including clean up, lifting and handling of materials and general labour duties.

Requirements

• Minimum one (1) year course with a post-secondary institution in an industrial related field
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Above average written & spoken communication skills
• Displays initiative and flexibility
• Understands and is able to demonstrate analytical problem solving and decision making
• Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts, overtime and in-calls.
