About The Position
Language Trainers is seeking a Spanish Teacher for a client in Dallas, United States. This is a freelance, part-time, one-to-one general course with a total of 32 hours, scheduled in two-hour sessions, twice per week. The student is a beginner, aged 18-24, and aims to become fluent in Spanish. The schedule is flexible, with sessions available on any weekday morning between 9 am and 12 pm. The position starts on July 13, 2026.
Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.
- Valid work permit/visa.
- Live within 20 miles of Dallas, 75218.
- Ability to provide CV with references.
- Provide availability.
- Provide earliest possible start date.
Responsibilities
- Provide customized one-to-one Spanish language training to a beginner student (18-24 years old).
- Conduct two-hour sessions, twice per week.
- Adapt teaching methods to help the student achieve fluency.
- Potentially adjust schedule and location based on mutual availability.
