About The Position
Language Trainers is an international language training company seeking a Spanish Teacher for a client in Seattle, United States. This is a freelance, part-time, one-to-one general course with a total of 32 hours. Sessions are two hours long and will take place at the teacher's office in Seattle, 98133. The student is between 18-24 years old and learns languages as a hobby. The schedule is flexible, with potential hours on Mondays between 9 am-3 pm and Thursdays between 1 pm-6 pm. The start date is September 24.
Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.
- Valid work permit/visa.
- Live within 20 miles of Seattle, 98133.
- Submit CV with references (if available).
- Provide availability.
- Provide earliest possible start date.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one Spanish language training to a student aged 18-24.
- Conduct two-hour sessions.
- Adapt teaching to the student's motivation for learning languages as a hobby.
- Be available for sessions on Mondays (9 am-3 pm) and Thursdays (1 pm-6 pm), with flexibility based on mutual availability.
