About The Position
Language Trainers is seeking a freelance Dutch Teacher for a client in Saint Paul, United States. This is a one-to-one general Dutch course with a beginner student (18-24 years old) who is motivated by moving to the Netherlands. The course will consist of 30 total hours, with sessions lasting two hours each. The student's preferred schedule is twice per week, ideally on Mondays and Thursdays, but other days are flexible. The preferred start date is as soon as possible. The position is freelance with part-time hours, and the hourly rate is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. The schedule and location may be flexible depending on the teacher's availability.
Requirements
- Native Dutch speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.
- Valid work permit/visa.
- Live within 20 miles of St. Paul, MN 55104.
- Submit CV with references (if available).
- Provide availability.
- Provide earliest possible start date.
- Meet the stated conditions.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one Dutch language training to a beginner student.
- Conduct two-hour sessions, totaling 30 hours of instruction.
