Responsibilities

• Monitor and review user-generated content to ensure it aligns with platform safety policies and community guidelines.
• Apply nuanced judgment to handle complex social media escalations with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain a high standard of safety by identifying and flagging graphic or inappropriate content within the social media ecosystem.
• Utilize internal tools and workflows to document trends and contribute to the evolution of content moderation standards.
• Collaborate with international team members to maintain consistency in moderation quality across Spanish-speaking markets.
