About The Position

UChange Home Care is expanding and looking for reliable Spanish-speaking Personal Care Assistants / Caregivers to provide compassionate in-home support. We’re seeking dependable team members who want consistent part-time work, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to improve the daily lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities. Requirements

• Spanish-speaking Personal Care Assistant / Caregiver candidates
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Reliable smartphone for care documentation
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Professionalism, accountability, compassion, and reliability
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of caregiving or home care experience
• CNA or HHA certification (training available for the right candidate)

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
• Helping maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe home
• Using a mobile app to clock in and document care
• Communicating clearly with clients, families, and our office team
• Maintaining dependable attendance and professional conduct
