About The Position
Mindify Wellness and Care is seeking Spanish-speaking mental health therapists to deliver both onsite and telehealth services to clients in Pennsauken, New Jersey. This role involves working with an established caseload at a partner adult day center. The position offers flexibility in scheduling, administrative support, clinical supervision when needed, and company-provided malpractice coverage. Therapists will collaborate with other healthcare professionals and have opportunities to provide a range of therapeutic services.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Active New Jersey behavioral health license or credential appropriate to the services provided, such as LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAC, or LMFT
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English, including the ability to conduct assessments and therapy sessions in Spanish
- Ability to provide onsite services in Pennsauken, NJ
- Ability to complete clinical documentation accurately and on time
- Strong communication, organization, and care coordination skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in outpatient behavioral health, community-based care, telehealth, adult day centers, or working with diverse populations
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral health assessments and provide therapy in Spanish and English, based on client needs
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy within your training and scope of practice
- Use evidence-based and trauma-informed treatment approaches
- Help clients develop coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, and treatment goals
- Provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate
- Complete accurate and timely assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers, primary care providers, care managers, and other members of the treatment team
- Coordinate referrals and connect clients with appropriate community resources
- Follow HIPAA requirements, payer guidelines, professional standards, and organizational policies
