Make a meaningful impact at Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County, Inc. as a Mental Health Practitioner – Family & Parenting Support serving Martin County. This is a great opportunity for a master's-level mental health professional in psychology, social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related helping field who wants to work directly with children and families. Florida clinical licensure or registered-intern status is not required. In this role, you will support caregivers of children and adolescents ages 0–18 through multiple levels of the Positive Parenting Program (Triple P), an evidence-based program that strengthens parenting skills, family relationships, and confidence in managing behavioral and emotional challenges. You'll join a collaborative, mission-driven team committed to high-quality, community-centered mental health services while helping expand our programming and partnerships throughout Martin County. This Monday–Friday position involves providing services in person in homes, offices, and community settings throughout Martin County, as well as via telehealth. You will help caregivers develop practical strategies to address parenting challenges, strengthen family relationships, and support the social and emotional needs of their children. The role also includes maintaining program documentation, conducting community outreach and presentations, and developing relationships with local organizations and referral partners.
