About The Position

Home Helpers Home Care is hiring a reliable, compassionate, and experienced female caregiver for a specific client case in McDonough, Georgia. This is a dedicated one-on-one caregiving position for a client in McDonough, GA. The caregiver will work directly with the client in their home and provide consistent daily support, supervision, companionship, and assistance with personal care. Communication with the client and family is important, so we are specifically looking for a caregiver who speaks Spanish and can communicate comfortably and respectfully in Spanish.

Requirements

• Spanish-speaking is required
• Female caregiver preferred for this specific client case
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Current auto insurance
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass required employment/background screening
• Must complete all required employment and onboarding requirements
• Access to email and a mobile smart device
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries, client confidentiality, and ethical standards

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of professional caregiving experience preferred
• Dementia or memory-care experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• Providing continuous supervision and safety monitoring
• Offering redirection and reassurance as needed due to dementia-related needs
• Assisting with meals, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe eating routine
• Providing companionship and meaningful engagement
• Supporting the client's daily schedule and routines
• Assisting with mobility and other everyday needs as appropriate
• Performing light housekeeping related to the client's care and living area
• Communicating important observations or changes in the client's condition to the appropriate team members
• Maintaining the client's privacy, dignity, confidentiality, and independence
• Aiding with activities of daily living
• Assisting with shopping, errands & transportation
• Pick up prescriptions & assist with telehealth visits
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
