About The Position

Izzo Marriage & Family Therapy is seeking a bilingual, Spanish-speaking Associate (AMFT, APCC, or ACSW) who is passionate about working with children and families. Requirements

• Located in California.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Hold an AMFT/ASW/LCSW/APCC/LMFT license in California.

• AMFT/APCC/ASW number (Required)
• Availability for hybrid work schedule including in-office and remote sessions.
• Availability during peak client demand hours: In-Office: 12:00 PM–8:00 PM; Remote: 3:00 PM–7:00 PM and 4:00 PM–7:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week.
• Complete notes, treatment plans, diagnoses, and clinical enrichment as needed.
• Work an all-in-person schedule or a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days in office.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and engage in learning opportunities.
• Work with young children and receive training to become a proficient child therapist.
• Meet with supervisor for weekly group and individual supervision.
• Attend company meetings and individual Professional Development meetings.
