About The Position

Izzo Marriage & Family Therapy is seeking a bilingual, Spanish-speaking Associate (AMFT, APCC, or ACSW) who is passionate about working with children and families. The role involves supporting underserved populations through difficult experiences and transitions. Izzo is a group practice known for serving clients with various needs, including divorce, custody battles, young children, reunification, depression, anxiety, trauma, low-income, and multilingual clients. The position requires a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week, including documentation, treatment plans, and clinical enrichment. The role also involves working with young children and receiving training to become a proficient child therapist. Regular supervision (group and individual), company meetings, and professional development meetings are also part of the role.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Hold an AMFT/ASW/LCSW/APCC/LMFT license in California

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week, including notes, treatment plans, dx, and clinical enrichment.
  • Meet with supervisor for both group and individual supervision weekly.
  • Attend company meetings.
  • Attend individual Professional Development meetings.
  • Work with young children and receive training and support to become a child therapist.
