About The Position

We’re hiring compassionate Spanish-speaking Caregivers and CNAs, to support seniors in the comfort of their own homes. If you’re dependable, caring, and enjoy helping others, we’d love to hear from you! For many seniors and their families, being able to communicate in Spanish creates comfort, trust, and a stronger connection. At Caring Senior Service, we value caregivers who provide more than physical assistance. We believe great care includes listening, understanding, and building meaningful relationships. Whenever possible, we thoughtfully match caregivers and clients based on language and cultural needs.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish
• Caregiver or CNA with at least 1 year of experience
• Must be 18+
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must meet applicable background-check requirements
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Caregiving experience preferred; we’re willing to train the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Communicate with clients in Spanish
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
• Support client safety, comfort, and dignity
• Build trusting relationships with clients and families
