About The Position

Language Trainers is seeking a Spanish Teacher for a client in Honolulu, United States. This is a freelance, part-time, one-to-one general language training position. The course involves a total of 22 hours, with sessions lasting two hours each. The student is a 65+ year old individual at a lower intermediate level, motivated to learn Spanish to improve their mind. The schedule is flexible, with potential availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 9 AM and noon Hawaii standard time. The teacher will need to take two weeks off in July. The position starts ASAP.

Requirements

• Native Spanish speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification.
• Experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter.
• Valid work permit/visa.
• Live within 20 miles of Honolulu, 96826.
• Ability to provide CV with references.
• Availability for the specified schedule, with two weeks off in July.
• Meet stated conditions, including not requiring visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized language training to a student in Honolulu.
