About The Position
Language Trainers is an international language training company seeking an English Teacher for a client in Austin, United States. This is a freelance, part-time position to replace a teacher for the final 3 classes of two groups and one individual lesson. The course type is Business, and the motivation for the client is career growth. The specific classes are: Beginner/Elementary Group (4-to-1) on Fridays from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate Group (6-to-1) on Fridays from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and an Individual Beginner/Elementary lesson on Fridays from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. The schedule and location may be flexible based on availability, and the hourly rate is negotiable.
Requirements
- Be a native English speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification.
- Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter.
- Have a valid work permit/visa.
- Live within 20 miles of Austin, United States.
- Be able to submit a CV with references (if available).
- Provide availability.
- Provide earliest possible start date.
Responsibilities
- Teach Beginner/Elementary Group classes on Fridays from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
- Teach Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate Group classes on Fridays from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- Teach an Individual Beginner/Elementary lesson on Fridays from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
- Provide customized language training to professionals and private students.
