At Brightmont Academy, we specialize in personalized one-to-one instruction for students in grades 1-12, helping them achieve their full potential. Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish or Language education.
Patience and empathy, understanding that every student learns differently and commitment to supporting them.
A genuine passion to share the subject with the next generation.
Proficiency using G-Suite and Learning Management Software (LMS).
Ability to provide fingerprints (AZ, WA, only) and pass a federal background check.

Nice To Haves

A teaching certification.
Experience teaching Spanish.
An advanced degree in a specific subject area of expertise.
Previous one-to-one teaching experience.
