About The Position
At Brightmont Academy, we specialize in personalized one-to-one instruction for students in grades 1-12, helping them achieve their full potential. With 25 campuses across 10 states, we foster a nurturing, student-centered environment for meaningful learning. Our unique teaching model allows instructors to focus solely on teaching one student at a time, tailoring lessons to individual needs and learning styles. We eliminate the need for lesson planning, parent conferences, and extensive grading, allowing instructors to concentrate on inspiring their students. Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish or Language education.
- Patience & Empathy: Understanding that every student learns differently and commitment to supporting them.
- A Heart for Teaching: A genuine passion to share your subject with the next generation.
- Proficiency using G-Suite and Learning Management Software (LMS).
- Ability to provide fingerprints (AZ, WA, only) and pass a federal background check.
Nice To Haves
- A teaching certification.
- Experience teaching Spanish.
- Advanced degree in a specific subject area of expertise.
- Previous one-to-one teaching experience.
Responsibilities
