About The Position

LTC Language Solutions is seeking a qualified Spanish teacher to provide in-person, individual Spanish instruction to two children in the Santa Ana neighborhood of San Jose, Costa Rica. This is a contract position with classes held at the student's home. The curriculum will be tailored to the students' goals, with textbook materials provided in collaboration with the teacher. Classes will consist of two one-hour sessions per week per child, scheduled back-to-back in the evenings from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of Spanish teaching experience.
• Ability to teach beginner-level Spanish.
• Willingness to teach in-person at the student's home.
• Availability for evening classes Monday-Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Teach individual Spanish classes to two children.
• Conduct classes in-person at the student's home in Santa Ana, San Jose, Costa Rica.
• Adapt curriculum based on student goals.
• Collaborate with LTC Language Solutions regarding textbook materials.
• Teach two one-hour classes per week per child, back-to-back.
• Be available for classes on evenings from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.
