About The Position
ZAM Network is seeking Spanish-English Speaking Event Staff for a one-day event on Tuesday, May 5th. The role involves providing customer service, translating for staff, distributing surveys, and handing out promotional items. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to work long periods standing and walking, maintain a positive attitude, and follow directions effectively. Candidates must be over 18, have reliable transportation, and experience with event management is preferred. An interest in gaming is a plus.
Requirements
- Be able to work long periods with constant standing and walking.
- Must be able to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service.
- Ability to effectively listen and take directions from a supervisor.
- Must be over 18 years of age.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with event management preferred.
- Interests in gaming preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greeting, light communication and interaction with players.
- Translate for PUBGM staff.
- Distribute surveys.
- Hand out PUBGM swag.
Benefits
