About the Role We are looking for a Spanish Conversational AI Operations Specialist to help us build and support voice AI agents serving customers in the United States. This role combines two areas: Testing and improving Spanish-language voice AI agents Providing customer support for live deployments during US business hours (Pacific Time) You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Implementation/Customer teams to ensure our AI agents deliver a high-quality customer experience.
