About the Role We are looking for a Spanish Conversational AI Operations Specialist to help us build and support voice AI agents serving customers in the United States. This role combines two areas: Testing and improving Spanish-language voice AI agents Providing customer support for live deployments during US business hours (Pacific Time) You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Implementation/Customer teams to ensure our AI agents deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Requirements
- Native or near-native Spanish proficiency (Mexican Spanish)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Comfortable reviewing conversations and identifying issues
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving & communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Nice To Haves
- Experience in QA, customer support, contact centers, or operations
- Exposure to voice AI, conversational AI, chatbots, or customer service technologies
- Experience working with US-based customers
Responsibilities
- Test Spanish voice AI agents and validate conversation quality
- Review call recordings, transcripts, and AI interactions
- Identify language, pronunciation, conversational, and workflow issues
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI agent performance
- Support a few dedicated customers through email, tickets, and operational requests
- Troubleshoot basic issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
- Track customer feedback and communicate product improvement opportunities
- Help maintain a high-quality experience for live customers
