About The Position

At Vantor, the Space Systems MBSE Engineer will work with the U.S. Space Force and teammates to advance a Medium Earth Orbit (MEO) space and ground system. The role connects mission needs, system architecture, and detailed engineering through digital models that support informed decisions throughout the system lifecycle. It combines hands-on model-based systems engineering, cross-disciplinary integration, and technical leadership to address complex engineering challenges, reduce delivery risks, and guide teammates developing models and engineering products for mission success. The position requires at least 2–3 days per week onsite, with meetings and schedules potentially requiring additional onsite days. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and hold an active U.S. Government Secret clearance; applicants without the required clearance are not eligible. Employment in cleared roles is contingent on verification of clearance status. Certain roles may also be subject to U.S. export control laws requiring U.S. person status.
