About The Position

Provide support to a space operations program and Joint forums. Draft plans, instructions, assessments, and requirements related to space operations. Provide analysis on Space Order of Battle, operational readiness, and mission impacts.

Requirements

10+ years of experience with military operations, strategic planning, cyberspace operations, or space operations
Experience planning, supporting, or coordinating functions and capabilities that support strategic and operational space capabilities
Knowledge of space operations, space control, space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), or satellite communications
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience with DoD space operations, Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with DoD space operations, or 9+ years of experience with DoD space operations in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting Navy and Joint space strategic, operational, and tactical environments
Experience leading and organizing working groups
Knowledge of both fleet and national space architectures and network designs
Knowledge of Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO), Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO), information operations (IO), electronic warfare, or electromagnetic spectrum operations
Knowledge of Over-the-Horizon-Targeting (OTHT) in support of space operations
Ability to develop associated strategies and implementation planning for future Navy and Joint space systems
Ability to develop written artifacts supporting space operations
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
