About The Position

The In Space Management Specialist sets up new accounts and resets existing accounts using displays, racks, and point-of-sale (POS) materials. The specialist deploys and sets up POS displays and racks as requested and oversees POS and In Market Execution areas at each location, ensuring POS is staged appropriately for delivery at spoke locations. Assigned sets and resets must be implemented according to leadership direction or the plan-o-gram developed for the account. The role also assists with special events as requested.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Knowledge acquired through up to 12 months of work experience.
Valid driver's license.
Basic knowledge of the beverage industry.
Thorough knowledge of brand order, facing, pricing, labeling, point of sale, product rotation, and display building.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively to meet the needs of customers with varying demands and expectations.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, including repetitive lifting of 50 pounds.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

Fill and adjust shelves, racks, displays, products, and equipment, and place appropriate POS items where requested, needed, or required.
Inspect work areas for cleanliness and verify that sets comply with the plan-o-gram.
Communicate sales opportunities to the sales team and/or customer.
Prepare and load the necessary equipment and POS materials onto a company vehicle to complete customer assignments.
Greet the store contact and review plans for resetting racks, displays, and POS materials.
Review completed sets with the store contact and obtain their sign-off on the reset request form.
Remove and replace supplies and equipment needed to complete display resets.
Maintain POS and In Market Execution areas at spoke locations, including keeping POS cages clean, disposing of outdated POS materials, staging POS materials for delivery, and reporting gaps in POS delivery or excessive returned inventory.
Assist with special events as requested.
