About The Position

The Space Management Specialist sets up new accounts and resets existing accounts with displays, racks, and point-of-sale (POS) materials. The role deploys and sets up POS displays and racks as requested, and oversees POS and In Market Execution areas at each location to ensure POS materials are properly staged for delivery at spoke locations. Assigned sets and resets must follow leadership direction or the plan-o-gram developed for the account. The specialist also assists with special events as requested. The position involves preparing equipment and POS materials for customer assignments, completing display resets, verifying work against plan-o-grams, and coordinating with store contacts and the sales team. It also includes maintaining POS and In Market Execution areas at spoke locations and reporting issues with POS deliveries or inventory.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Up to 12 months of work experience.
Valid driver's license.
Basic knowledge of the beverage industry.
Thorough knowledge of brand order, facing, pricing, labeling, POS, product rotation, and display building.
Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, including repetitive lifting of 50 pounds and lifting up to 75 pounds.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively to satisfy the needs of customers with different demands and expectations.

Responsibilities

Fill and adjust shelves, racks, displays, products, and equipment; place POS items where requested, needed, or required.
Inspect work areas for cleanliness and verify sets against the plan-o-gram.
Communicate sales opportunities to the sales team and/or customer.
Prepare and load the necessary equipment and POS materials onto a company vehicle for customer assignments.
Greet the store contact and review plans for resetting racks, displays, and POS materials.
Review completed sets with the store contact and obtain their sign-off on the reset request form.
Remove and replace supplies and equipment needed to complete display resets.
Maintain POS and In Market Execution areas at spoke locations, including cleaning POS cages, disposing of outdated POS materials, and staging POS materials for delivery.
Report gaps in POS deliveries from a location or excessive inventory of POS items returned from the market.
Assist with special events as requested.
