About The Position

As a space security cooperation professional, you’ll bring your Foreign Military Sales (FMS) expertise to work on projects for the U.S. Space Force. You’ll support the integration of international considerations early in space system acquisition cycles and support engagements and coordination with stakeholders and space mission area technical subject matter experts. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, and opportunities to deepen interoperability with key allies and partners. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience performing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program management, including DoD acquisition policies, laws, regulations, and guidance
  • 2+ years of experience with Security Cooperation, Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), or Implementing Agency (IA)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a DSCA Country Team Lead or Regional Lead
  • Experience engaging international partners
  • Experience as a military or civilian US DoD staff member
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master’s degree in International Affairs or National Security
  • Completion of Professional Military Education through the Intermediate Developmental O4 level
