Diaconia is seeking a talented FMS Acquisition Manager, Senior to join their team. This role involves utilizing and maintaining expert knowledge in Security Assistance (SA), technology transfer, export/import compliance, risk management, program/project management, logistics support, technical data management, and training support. The position requires assisting in the maintenance and updating of program management documents, financial management, developing integrated master schedules (IMS) and critical path models, and evaluating requests for offers. The role also involves supporting the acquisition program management of full life cycle Total Package Approach (TPA) requirements, reviewing documentation, and consolidating resource requirements. The FMS Acquisition Manager, Senior will also provide assistance in cost, schedule, and performance risk assessment, support various Integrated Product Team (IPT) activities, and perform material solution analyses. A key aspect of the role involves assisting with the development of various acquisition documents, translating user requirements into pricing and availability data, and reviewing proposals. The position requires developing, analyzing, and maintaining a master integrated program schedule, employing networking software tools, and assessing OEM-proposed schedules. Additionally, the role involves supporting the development of contract strategies, work breakdown structures, and program risk assessments, as well as providing input to milestone documentation and assisting in key acquisition events and reviews. Communication across multiple programs and enterprises using different platforms is essential. The role also includes assisting SAPMs and technical support personnel with FMS cases, LOA development, and LOAD/MRP preparation and data entry. Proficiency in FMS-specific software and Management Information System (MIS) applications is required, including assisting with evaluating customer program requirements and developing case line structures. The position also involves assisting in establishing and maintaining FMS-peculiar Operating Instructions (OIs), guides, and process models, and assisting with preparing for and executing compliance inspections.
