Responsible for maintaining Spa associate protocols, including monthly MOS. Organizing and maintaining all purchasing and proper paperwork for monthly expenses. As well as overseeing the management of Spa Soft Scheduling, Appointment Booking, and Point of Sale systems. Supervises the daily operations of the locker rooms and spa support staff while assisting in the overall management of spa operations. Ensures exceptional guest and associate satisfaction by upholding Omni service standards, supporting operational efficiency, and contributing to revenue growth and profitability.
