Requirements

1+ years of sales experience, preferably in retail, membership-based businesses (gym, spa, salon), or similar high-conversion environments.
A demonstrated track record of hitting sales or conversion targets.
Ability to build natural rapport, read people, and make strangers comfortable quickly.
Process-driven mindset, capable of following a proven script and system while maintaining authenticity.
Resilient and coachable, willing to take feedback and improve close rates.
Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
Reliable and organized, able to manage a front desk, scheduling, and sales pipeline simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Own the guest journey from check-in to close, building rapport within the first 60 seconds.
Execute a proven sales process including intake questions, value bridge technique, and objection handling.
Confidently present and tailor membership options to guest needs.
Handle objections with empathy and skill to convert prospects.
Achieve and track daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
Follow up with prospective members who did not convert during their initial visit.
Collaborate with therapists and management to ensure a five-star guest experience that facilitates sales.
