We are in search of both full and part-time sales associates. You will play an important role in ensuring our spa runs smoothly, and that our clients experience the ultimate in affordable, luxurious, massage and skin care therapy services. Requirements

  • A positive and professional disposition with great communication and customer service skills.

  • Excited to work in a sales-based job; able to educate clients and present our membership program to all non-members in a friendly, relaxed, and fun manner.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, multi-task and stay focused.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to work nights and/or weekends and have flexibility with schedules preferred.
  • Previous retail and/or membership sales experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Sell memberships, gift cards and other retail items; must meet membership sales quotas.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to members/guests.
  • Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival.
  • Efficiently and effectively answer phones, book appointments, and check clients out after service.
  • Learn and work with a Point of Sales (POS) System [Zenoti] to ring up various transactions.
  • Educate clients about the services we provide and our membership benefits.
  • Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance.
  • Ensure the spa is organized and clean.
  • Perform various other duties as assigned.
