Join the Massage Heights team to help us inspire, educate, and promote a balanced lifestyle for every member and guest. Massage Heights Decatur isn't your typical spa front desk. We're building a high-performance membership sales team, and we need a natural closer who knows how to build genuine rapport, ask the right questions, and guide guests toward a decision that actually improves their life — consistent, affordable wellness care. If you've ever felt capped in a retail or call-center sales job, or you're a sales-driven person tired of pushing products you don't believe in, this could be your next move. Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience — retail, membership-based business (gym, spa, salon), or similar high-conversion environment strongly preferred
  • A track record of hitting sales or conversion targets — be ready to talk numbers in your interview
  • Natural rapport-builder — you can read people, adjust your approach, and make strangers feel comfortable fast
  • Process-driven mindset — you follow a proven script and system rather than winging it, but know how to make it feel authentic
  • Resilient and coachable — you take feedback, adjust, and keep improving your close rate
  • Excellent communicator — in person and on the phone
  • Reliable and organized — able to manage a front desk, schedule, and sales pipeline simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Owning the guest journey from check-in to close — greeting every guest with warmth and building rapport within the first 60 seconds
  • Running our proven sales process — intake questions, value bridge technique, and objection handling scripts designed to convert first-timers into members
  • Presenting membership options confidently and clearly, tailoring the offer to what each guest actually needs (not a one-size-fits-all pitch)
  • Handling objections with empathy and skill — "let me think about it" becomes "sign me up"
  • Hitting and tracking conversion targets — you'll know your numbers daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Following up with prospective members who didn't convert on their first visit
  • Collaborating with therapists and management to ensure every guest has a five-star experience that makes the sale easy
