About The Position

This is a dynamic front-line leadership role responsible for driving sales excellence and cultivating a high-performing, motivated front desk team. This position combines the responsibilities of a Spa Sales Associate with added focus on driving sales results, coaching team performance, and ensuring consistent achievement of individual and team targets, all while ensuring that each service is memorable and exceptional. At Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas, our vision is simple: to make each visit the best hour of our client's month. Our Spa Associates play a crucial role in achieving this goal. As the hosts of the spa, they are dedicated to creating 5-star experiences for every client.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Spa Associate or comparable sales experience required.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals in a team environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and influence others.
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
18 years old or older
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Meet membership sales goals.
Have a detailed knowledge of the menu of services
Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building lasting connections.
Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
Uphold spa cleanliness standards
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
Perform various other duties as assigned
Driving sales results
Coaching team performance
Ensuring consistent achievement of individual and team targets
