From welcoming clients and recommending services to helping guests commit to their wellness routines through memberships, our Spa Associates play a key role in making every visit the best hour of our client's month. Weekends Are Where the Magic Happens! Our busiest and most rewarding shifts happen on weekends when clients are investing in their self-care. We're looking for dependable, energetic team members who enjoy connecting with people, achieving goals, and being part of a fast-paced environment. Sunday availability is required for this position. Candidates with weekend and evening availability will have the greatest opportunity for success and growth. Requirements

  • Sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
  • Comfortable discussing memberships, services, and promotions
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Must be available to work Sundays
  • Weekend and evening availability strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed membership sales goals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests
  • Educate clients on services, memberships, promotions, and upgrades
  • Build lasting relationships with clients
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment
  • Support daily spa operations and administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and Spa Leadership to create a 5-star guest experience
