About The Position
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Portsmouth, NH is looking for a Guest Experience & Membership Sales Associate to be the face of our spa and play a key role in growing our membership community. This is more than a front desk position. Successful Spa Associates connect with guests, recommend wellness services, and help clients make self-care a regular part of their routine. Requirements
- Retail, hospitality, fitness, membership, or sales experience preferred
- Comfortable discussing memberships and asking for the sale
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities
- Greeting guests and creating an exceptional first impression
- Scheduling appointments and managing the spa calendar
- Answering incoming calls and assisting clients with questions
- Introducing guests to membership options and spa services
- Promoting gift cards, upgrades, and wellness programs
- Supporting member retention through outstanding customer service
- Maintaining a clean, organized front desk environment
- Assisting with daily spa operations as needed
