About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Portsmouth, NH is looking for a Guest Experience & Membership Sales Associate to be the face of our spa and play a key role in growing our membership community. This is more than a front desk position. Successful Spa Associates connect with guests, recommend wellness services, and help clients make self-care a regular part of their routine. We have opportunities for Massage Therapists, Estheticians, Spa Managers and Spa Associates at all stages of their careers. Requirements

• Retail, hospitality, fitness, membership, or sales experience preferred
• Comfortable discussing memberships and asking for the sale
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and creating an exceptional first impression
• Scheduling appointments and managing the spa calendar
• Answering incoming calls and assisting clients with questions
• Introducing guests to membership options and spa services
• Promoting gift cards, upgrades, and wellness programs
• Supporting member retention through outstanding customer service
• Maintaining a clean, organized front desk environment
• Assisting with daily spa operations as needed
