Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Spa Receptionist to join our dynamic Spa Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance. This position may be the perfect fit for you! The Spa Receptionist welcomes guests and handles all inquiries by being knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing, and scheduling treatments to maximize use of time within the treatment schedule. Spa Receptionists anticipate, customize, and service guest’s needs before being asked and are knowledgeable about all available menu options.

Requirements

  • One to two years’ experience working in a customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to be a quick problem solver
  • Work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Welcomes guests and handles all inquiries
  • Is knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing
  • Schedules treatments to maximize use of time within the treatment schedule
