About The Position

The Spa Receptionist greets and assists spa guests, schedules appointments, assists with inventory, and sells retail items while maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for guests and co-workers. Must have excellent customer service and computer skills, the ability to multitask, and the ability to relate to guests and co-workers professionally.

Requirements

• Excellent phone skills and customer service

• Must be at least 21

Nice To Haves

• Spa scheduling experience on spa software
• Resort spa experience

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests
• Schedule appointments with attention to gaps and efficiencies, and check out guests
• Prepare intake forms for guests
• Assist in the daily opening/closing of the facility
• Suggest and sell retail from the Spa Boutique
• Other duties as assigned by management
