About the Role At Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville, the Spa Receptionist plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences within the Spa and Fitness facilities. This position ensures a seamless arrival and departure process while creating personalized, memorable interactions that reflect the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or spa environment preferred
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service by warmly welcoming guests and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out experiences
  • Handle all guest interactions with professionalism, addressing inquiries, special requests, and resolving concerns efficiently
  • Coordinate and manage spa reservations, including treatments, retail sales, and gift card transactions
  • Escort guests to their appointments and ensure timely service delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation across Spa and Fitness areas
  • Enforce Spa and Fitness policies and procedures for all guests
  • Utilize reservation systems and guest experience tools to support service excellence
  • Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and maintaining cashier banks
  • Support team members with setup and breakdown of treatment areas when needed
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking and merchandising retail offerings
  • Complete daily opening and closing checklists to ensure operational readiness and high standards
