About The Position
Winvian is a one-of-a-kind luxury resort and proud member of Relais & Châteaux, nestled in the scenic Litchfield Hills of Connecticut. Every member of our team plays an essential role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests through genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and exceptional service. We are seeking a warm, polished, and dependable Spa Receptionist to join our Spa team. The likely work schedule will be Tuesdays -Sundays. As the first and last point of contact for our spa guests, you will set the tone for their experience by providing gracious service, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of our luxury resort.
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or spa customer service experience required
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and reservation/booking software
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask while remaining organized, composed, and attentive to detail
- Professional appearance and welcoming demeanor
- Team player mentality
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service in a luxury hospitality environment
