About The Position

The Spa Receptionist (Seasonal) will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating all appointments within the spa, maintaining knowledge of spa services and products, and ensuring the spa facility is maintained throughout the shift. This role involves escorting guests to and from treatments, handling cashiering duties for services and retail, and answering all incoming calls. The position also includes other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall guest experience at The SOMM Hotel & Spa.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience
Must be a team player
Must have a positive SPA vibe
Strong computer, communication and telephone skills
Must be able to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate all appointments within the spa
Maintain complete knowledge of all Spa Services and products
Maintain the Spa facility throughout shift
Escort guests to and from treatments
Cashiering duties for services and retail
Answer all incoming calls
Other duties as assigned
